Frontal system to bring cloudy skies, rains over parts of Northern Luzon

The frontal system will affect parts of Northern Luzon, PAGASA said in its early Tuesday morning forecast.

As a result, Batanes, Cagayan, Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, Apayao, Abra, and Kalinga will experience cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms.

The rest of the country will expect partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms because of the easterlies.

Extreme Northern Luzon will experience moderate winds and moderate coastal waters, while the rest of the country will have light to moderate winds and slight to moderate coastal waters.
