Cloudy skies, rains seen all over PH due to ITCZ, easterlies
The Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) and the easterlies are forecast to bring rain all over the country on Wednesday, weather bureau PAGASA said.
In its 4 a.m. bulletin, it said Mindanao and Palawan will have cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms as a result of the ITCZ.
The easterlies will trigger cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms in Eastern Samar.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms also due to the easterlies.
As of 2 a.m., PAGASA said the low pressure area being monitored outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility has an "unlikely" chance of development into a tropical depression within the next 24 hours.
