Cloudy skies, rains over parts of PH due to 3 weather systems
Parts of the country will have cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to three weather systems, PAGASA said on Wednesday.
At the same time, it said that as of 2 a.m., the low pressure area (LPA) being monitored inside the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) has a low potential of developing into a tropical depression within the next 24 hours.
The Bicol Region, Quezon, Northern Samar, and Eastern Samar will have cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms as a result of the trough of LPA.
Mindanao, Western Visayas, Negros Island Region, and Palawan will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms due to the Southwest Monsoon or Habagat.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms brought about by localized thunderstorms. —LDF, GMA Integrated News
