Cloudy skies, rain in S. Luzon, Visayas, Mindanao due to easterlies
Cloudy skies and scattered rain are to be expected in Southern Luzon and parts of Visayas and Mindanao as a result of the easterlies, PAGASA said on Wednesday.
In its weather bulletin, the weather bureau also said that as of 2 a.m., no low pressure areas are being monitored for tropical cyclone formation.
Bicol Region, Isabela, Aurora, Laguna, Batangas, Rizal, Quezon, and Marinduque will have cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms due to the easterlies.
The easterlies will also bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms in Metro Manila, Visayas, Mindanao, the rest of MIMAROPA, and Cavite, PAGASA said.
The rest of Luzon will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms due to localized thunderstorms.
The public is warned against possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.
