Several weather systems to bring cloudy skies, rains over PH

Multiple weather systems will continue to bring cloudy skies and rains across the country, according to PAGASA’s weather forecast on Saturday afternoon.

The shear line will keep bringing cloudy skies with scattered rains and isolated thunderstorms over Apayao, Cagayan, Isabela, and Quirino.

Due to the ITCZ, Northern Mindanao, Caraga, Davao Region, Eastern Samar, Southern Leyte, and Bohol will have cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms, while the rest of Mindanao will see partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms.

The Northeast Monsoon (Amihan) will cause cloudy skies with rains over the rest of the Cordillera Administrative Region and Cagayan Valley and partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains over the Ilocos Region.

The easterlies will bring cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms over Aurora, Quezon, and Camarines Norte, and partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms over the rest of the country.

Possible flash floods or landslides may occur in some areas as a result of said weather conditions.

Meanwhile, Northern Luzon and the eastern sections of Central and Southern Luzon will experience moderate to strong winds with moderate to rough waters, while moderate winds with moderate waters will be felt over Visayas and the rest of Luzon.

Mindanao will have light to moderate winds with slight to moderate seas.
