Easterlies to bring rains over parts of Visayas, Mindanao — PAGASA
The easterlies will continue to affect Central and Southern Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao, bringing cloudy skies and rain showers in parts of the country over the next 24 hours, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said Sunday.

Batanes, meanwhile, will have cloudy skies with scattered rains and isolated thunderstorms caused by a frontal system, with similar risks of flooding or landslides.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to the easterlies.
PAGASA warned that severe thunderstorms could still bring flash floods or landslides.
