Cloudy skies, isolated rains possible across PH due to 3 weather systems

Three weather systems will affect the country in the next 24 hours, PAGASA said in its early Saturday morning forecast.

The frontal system will bring cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms over Batanes.

Metro Manila, Central Luzon, CALABARZON, MIMAROPA, the Bicol Region, the Visayas, and Mindanao will see partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms because of the easterlies.

The rest of Luzon will experience localized thunderstorms.

PAGASA warned of possible flash floods or landslides due to rains or severe thunderstorms.

Winds will be light to moderate along with slight to moderate coastal water conditions.
