ITCZ, easterlies, thunderstorms to bring cloudy skies, rains across PH

In its 4 a.m. public weather forecast, PAGASA said the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) is affecting Southern Mindanao while the easterlies is affecting the Visayas and the rest of Mindanao.
Zamboanga Peninsula, BARMM, SOCCSKSARGEN, Davao Oriental, and Davao Occidental will have cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms as a result of the ITCZ.
The easterlies will bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms to the Visayas and the rest of Mindanao.
Meanwhile, localized thunderstorms will cause partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms over Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon.
The state weather bureau warned against possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms or moderate to at times heavy rains in these areas.
As to wind and coastal conditions, extreme Northern Luzon will experience moderate winds and moderate seas.
The rest of Luzon and the rest of the country will have light to moderate winds and slight to moderate coastal water conditions.
