Habagat to bring rains over Extreme Northern Luzon

The Southwest Monsoon, or Habagat, remains active over Ilocos Norte, Batanes, and the Babuyan Islands, bringing partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms over the next 24 hours, PAGASA said on Wednesday afternoon.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country are also expected to experience the same weather conditions due to localized thunderstorms.

Light to moderate winds will prevail across the country, with coastal water conditions expected to be moderate.

The sun will rise over Metro Manila at 5:35 a.m. on Thursday. —VBL, GMA News
