Cab driver in road rage video seeks cancellation of attacker’s license
The taxi driver who was attacked by a furious female motorist has asked for the cancellation of his attacker's driver's license before the Land Transportation Office (LTO).
In his four-page affidavit, Virgilio Doctor said the cancellation of the driver's license of Cherish Interior is a "preemptive measure to prevent further damage or harm against the public."
"The uncontrollable attitude/temper of the respondent without revoking her driver's license will endanger safety of the public," Doctor said.

Doctor pointed out that Interior's actions were clear indications that "she is not a proper person to operate a motor vehicle."
"The same are manifestations that she is not fit to be a holder of driver's license," Doctor said.
In a viral road rage video, Interior can be seen reaching into the taxi's driver's side window and trying to destroy the cab's side mirror.
Doctor, who suffered from stroke in 2014, said the female motorist had also grabbed a tube or golf club and had hit his taxi before punching him in the face.
The taxi driver also said Interior had repeatedly cursed him. —KBK, GMA News
