WATCH: Darth Vader’s breathing soothes crying baby to sleep

Darth Vader's heavy breathing isn't all that menacing after all – if you're a young baby who can't fall asleep.
A father mimicked the sound of the "Star Wars" villain breathing to calm his young daughter and get her to sleep.

"She likes the dark side," Buddy Crotty said in the video he posted on YouTube.
He aptly titled his video, "The Force Awakens... then falls back asleep" - a reference to the upcoming "Star Wars" movie.
A separate report on tech site Mashable, which featured the video, said the baby is Crotty's one-year-old daughter Madison.
"After one-week-old Madison would not stop crying, her father Buddy Crotty discovered that the soothing sound of Darth Vader's breathing was just the thing to soothe her to sleep," it said. — Joel Locsin/LBG/TJD, GMA News
