Do Kyungsoo, known by his stage name D.O., is a South Korean singer, actor, and member of the K-pop boy group EXO.
D.O. had a knack for music ever since he was a child because he began singing in primary school and was an avid participant in many singing competitions during high school. Because of this, Kyungsoo was advised to audition for SM Entertainment in 2010, where he later became a trainee during his last years in high school.
Two years after entering SM Entertainment's training program, D.O. was introduced as the eighth member of EXO on January 30, 2012, with the extended play of their debut single “Mama.”
Following his success as a singer, this Korean idol pursued his love for acting by debuting in a supporting role in a movie titled 'Cart.' He further received critical success in the SBS drama 'It's Okay, That's Love' and was praised by film critics for his performance in the series. He was later nominated for the Best New Actor award at the 51st Baeksang Arts Awards.
Despite his honest to goodness appearance, Kyungsoo is also a jack of all trades because he is also a great cook, an illustrator, a theater actor, and even a screen protector changer (more of that later) -- making him one of the most bankable K-pop idols of his generation.
While there are so many things we can mention in this gallery, here are just some of the most interesting facts to know about D.O. and why he deserves to be on your bias or bias wrecker list. Also because we're a sucker for cutie crooners like him!
