Bretman Rock unboxes Sonny Angel at the Oscars

Bretman Rock sure made the most of his first Oscars!

The content creator filmed a TikTok video during a break at the awards night. In a restroom cubicle, Bretman took out a Sonny Angel from his purse to unbox.

“This one is the Donna Wilson series. I don’t have this, and you already know I want the lion one,” Bretman said.

Bretman got the character Rudie, which was in collaboration with London-based textile artist and designer Donna Wilson.

Before ending his TikTok video, Bretman posed in his full glam while holding his new figure. He also showed a short clip of the Oscars crowd.

“Best actor this, best film adaptation that…. But do they even have a Donna Wilson Sonny Angel? No,” Bretman said in his caption.

Bretman is a huge fan of Sonny Angels. He previously got customized versions featuring his looks, and got a Sonny Angel bouquet from his boyfriend Justice Fester on Valentine’s Day.

On Monday (Philippine time), the 97th Academy Awards honored the best of the best in cinema – both on screen and behind it – in an exclusive awarding ceremony held at the Dolby Theatre at Ovation Hollywood in Los Angeles, California.

“Anora” bagged the most awards: Best Picture, Best Director for Sean Baker, Best Actress in a Leading Role for Mikey Madison, Best Film Editing, and Best Original Screenplay.
