Fans just exploded in kilig when Fidel and Klay finally reunited in "Maria Clara at Ibarra."

Some fans even recorded their reactions to the much-awaited scene and shared these on socia media.

In a now-viral video posted by Mark Saruray on TikTok, he squealed out of excitement and kilig before he reenacted the scene when Klay and Fidel met again in the latest episode.

As of writing, the TikTok video has amassed over 549,000 views and more than 120,000 reactions.

Meanwhile, KJ Avelino, a vlogger based in Saudi Arabia, recorded his real-time reaction to the episode where he teared up after Klay and Fidel's reunion.

Some fans on Twitter also blamed the coachman Hernando for interrupting FiLay's kiss during their reunion, and the actor good-naturedly offered his apologies.

Also starring Julie Anne San Jose, Dennis Trillo, and David Licauco, "Maria Clara at Ibarra" is based on Dr. Jose Rizal's novels.
