Juancho Triviño returns as Padre Salvi, rides the LRT looking for Binibining Klay

Padre Salvi is back!

Juancho Triviño once again dressed as his "Maria Clara at Ibarra" character and rode the LRT with his faithful companion Renato (played by Kiel Rodriguez) to funny results.

The Sparkle actor shared a video on Instagram, and make sure to wait till the end, which may just be the funniest part!

No spoilers on that, but in the video, Juancho, as Padre Salvi, was looking for another character in the "Maria Clara at Ibarra" universe, Binibining Klay (played by Barbie Forteza).

"Mga ka-bayan ng San Diego, kami ay muling naglakbay sa pag hanap namen kay Binibining Klay @barbaraforteza , at sinakyan namin muli ang napakabilis at nakakamangha na transporte na itinatawag nilang El-Ar-Ti."

They asked nearby passengers several questions, such as whether they were students of Crisostomo Ibarra (played by Dennis Trillo).

Earlier in the video, Kiel, still in character, told Juancho, "Iwasan mong umubo, padre. Tayo ay tila nilalayuan ng mga tao."

It can be remembered that Padre Salvi often coughed in the series.

No less than Barbie reposted the video on Instagram Stories and wrote, "Buti naman nag-face mask ka na, Padre @juanchotrivino!" with an emoji of a laughing face with tears and a thumbs up.

It's not Juancho's first laugh-out-loud outing as Padre Salvi.

He's also been on the LRT before with his aides to hilarious results as well.

Aside from that, he stopped by GMA's morning game show "TiktoClock" and met some of its hosts like Kuya Kim.

Padre Salvi also visited a grocery store, a convenience store, a fast food restaurant, and even the NCAA beach volleyball tournament in Subic!

For those who miss the "Maria Clara at Ibarra" characters, the historical portal fantasy series is currently streaming on Netflix. It peaked at no. 1 on Netflix Philippines.
