Rock the Riles for human rights: Over 80 artists to perform at 8 MRT stations Sunday
Commuting via the Metro Rail Transit can be stressful, thanks to the long lines and trains that never run out of people.
But on December 7, you might want to go on a joyride, as a non-profit organization is set to bring a new twist to Filipinos' daily MRT commute: more than 80 Filipino artists will rock it out in eight simultaneous gigs in eight stations.

Rock Ed Philippines organizes Rock the Riles every Sunday closest to the International Human Rights Day, which is on December 10.
In 2009, Rock the Riles pushed for justice for the 57 victims of the Maguindanao massacre.
Some of the artists who are slated to perform on Sunday are Noel Cabangon, Ebe Dancel, Johnoy Danao, Dicta License, The Itchyworms, Pulso, Up Dharma Down, Autotelic, and Mayonnaise.
Aside from music, there will also be a film showing and storytelling at Rock the Riles.
In a tweet, the organizers said that the Rock the Riles stages will accept donations for those affected by Typhoon Ruby.
Here is the schedule of the performances:
