On his latest trip to the Philippines, Danny O’Donoghue of The Script didn’t miss the chance to film a video of "The Man Who Can’t Be Moved" on a street in Manila.
On TikTok, The Script shared a video of Danny sitting on a street corner, with a distinctly Filipino sari-sari store and utility posts behind him as he sings the 2008 hit song.
“Out and about promoting ‘Man in the Arena,’ but just had to stop at the corner,” The Script captioned.
As of writing, the video has amassed more than 6.6 million views and 1.2 million reactions.
In May, Danny also performed “The Man Who Can’t Be Moved” on “It’s Showtime.”
Danny also appeared on "Unang Hirit" on Monday, and made quite an entrance riding a jeep. At the morning show, he was treated to a full Filipino breakfast and got to sample longganisa, sisig, and pandesal. He also talked about The Script's Filipino fans.
The Script is bringing their "Man in the Arena" tour to Manila with a show at the SM Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay City in March 2027.
In 2025, the Irish band also visited the country as part of their "Satellites" world tour.
More of The Script's classic hits include "Breakeven," "Nothing," and "For the First Time."
