Kim Atienza gives Lans a hat, remembers late daughter Emman

Kim Atienza and content creator Lans have finally met!

In the latest episode of "Dami Mong Alam, Kuya Kim!," the two personalities discussed educational content and their faith.

Towards the end of the episode, Kuya Kim gave Lans one of his first hats from when he started his TV career in 2004. Lans turned emotional as she received the gift.

Kuya Kim told Lans that he admires her her efforts to educate others.

"Naging inspiration ko po talaga kayo, Kuya Kim," Lans said. "Kayo po ang kauna-unahang educational broadcaster and hanggang ngayon po, grabe po 'yung heart n'yo para i-continue 'yung pag-e-educate din sa ibang tao."

Kuya Kim also teared up.

"Kamukha nito anak ko eh. You look like Emman," Kuya Kim said through tears. "Keep it up. I'm here for you and keep it up. I wish you all the success, Lans."

Lans is a veterinary medicine student who posts educational content. Her signature intro goes, "This is Lans! At sa araw na 'to…"

She is praised for her refreshing take on content in an online world filled with noise and for making educational content relatable.

Meanwhile, Emman passed away in October 2025. She was 19.

In her last broadcast message on Instagram, posted on September 1, she opened up about the pressures of social media and taking a break from TikTok.
