Heart Evangelista shows how to cook a healthy pili tuna pasta


Heart Evangelista showed how she cooks a healthy pili tuna pasta in her latest vlog entry.

According to Heart, she used a protein pasta instead of using the usual pasta noodles, so the dish is lighter. Additionally she used tuna chunks for the meat, some parmesan cheese, olive oil, olive, and to top it all off she used her favorite pili nuts.

Heart has been showing her love for Sorsogon-sourced pili nuts, showcasing it in fashion accessories and home decor.

It really was about time before she showed how they can be used as ingredients to food.

"If you’ve been seeing my posts lately, you’d know how obsessed I am with pili! I love how you can do so much with it!" Heart wrote in the description of her post.

Heart said as she has been trying to shift to eating healthier she decided to spice up and whip up this dish.

"As you already know, I’ve been trying to eat healthier and of course, sometimes, healthy food can get a little boring so I like to spice things up a bit and make interesting dishes like this!" she wrote. — Jannielyn Ann Bigtas/LA, GMA News
