Jessica Soho is now fully vaccinated vs COVID-19


Jessica Soho is now fully vaccinated against the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19).

On Tuesday, the "Kapuso Mo, Jessica Soho" Facebook page shared a photo of the veteran broadcast journalist showing her vaccination card from Quezon City.

Another photo showed the "KMJS" host with her sleeve rolled up, revealing a band-aid on her upper arm.

"Ang pagpapabakuna ang munting ambag ng bawat isa sa atin sa paglaban sa COVID-19. Kung may malasakit tayo sa ating sarili, pamilya, komunidad at lipunan, magpabakuna na po tayo," she said.

("Getting vaccinated is a small contribution from each of us in fighting COVID-19. If we are concerned for ourselves, our families, the community, and the society, then let's get vaccinated.")

Soho received her first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine in June. She encouraged the public not to be afraid of getting the jab.

As entertainment workers, the celebrities are part of the A4 category which includes the media and entertainment industry, delivery service riders, self-employed, and other laborers who have to go out for work.
