Celeste Cortesi posts inspirational words on social media, following Miss Universe loss

A day after Miss Universe 2022 concluded its coronation night, Philippine bet Celeste Cortesi posted an uplifting prose on her Instagram Stories.

The Filipina-Italian beauty queen reposted from American author Bianca Sparacino a prose that talked about finding real happiness.

"You're going to realize it one day — that happiness was never about your job or your degree or being in a relationship," the prose began.

"Happiness was never about following in the footsteps of all those who came before you; it was never about being like the others," it adds.

It went on to talk about finding real happiness in the person you were becoming.

"One day, you will understand that happiness was always about learning how to live yourself, that your happiness was never in the hands of others. It was always about you," it ended.

Celeste bowed out at Miss Universe 2022 after failing to advance to the Top 16.

Filipino beauty queens like Catriona Gray and Pia Wurtzbach quickly voiced out their love and support for Celeste on social media.
