These ’Sailor Moon’ dresses and tuxedos are perfect for your dream anime wedding


“Sailor Moon” fans can now get married looking like pretty guardians of love and justice themselves.

According to comicbook.com, Japanese fashion brand Mariarosa collaborated with “Sailor Moon” creator Naoko Takeuchi and released an entire collection of wedding attire inspired by the iconic anime series.

The custom line includes several dresses and tuxedos in various styles, which can be viewed on Mariarosa’s website.

A piece called the “Princess Serenity Dress” is an elegant, off-white gown adorned with intricate beading at the chest area and a large princess bow at the back.

There’s even a dress that features “Sailor Moon’s” iconic blue-and-red costume, complete with a ribbon at the collar and a long train at the back.

“Sailor Moon” is an iconic anime series about a teenage girl who fulfills her destiny as a legendary warrior who protects the universe from forces of evil.

Comicbook.com says Mariarosa’s Sailor Moon-inspired wedding dresses can be rented by women in Japan for them to wear on their big day.

Japanese cosmetics brand Shiseido is also dropping a new collection of Sailor Moon-inspired makeup in conjunction with the upcoming “Sailor Moon Eternal” movie. – Margaret Claire Layug/RC, GMA News
