Online benefit concert to mark 1st month of Maginhawa community pantry

There will be an online benefit concert to mark the first month of the Maginhawa community pantry.

Titled “Para Sa Masa,” the online benefit concert will be held May 15, 7 p.m., on the Community Pantry PH Facebook page.

Pantry founder Ana Patricia Non shared the announcement on Facebook on Wednesday.

“A month full of ups and downs like a rollercoaster,” she wrote in Filipino.

“There are still some who are against this but there are more supporting and keeping us afloat,” she said.

“One night of talking and singing. This is Community Pantry Pilipinas’ way of giving thanks to those who helped and continue to help our initiative.”

The guests for “Para Sa Masa” are yet to be announced.

On May 14 at 1 p.m., meanwhile, the [First] Monthsary Community Check In will be held to discuss the Maginhawa community pantry’s progress and future plans.

The Maginhawa community pantry, which started in April, paved the way for other similar initiatives nationwide.
