Michelle Dee to use 'Pilipinas' in Miss Universe 2023 introduction

Michelle Dee continues to proudly wave the Philippine flag in her Miss Universe journey.

According to a report on "Unang Balita" on Tuesday, the beauty queen will use "Pilipinas" instead of "Philippines" for her introduction at the Miss Universe 2023 pageant.

The report showed a video of Michelle rehearsing, and declaring, "Michelle Marquez Dee, Pilipinas!"

Michelle has been taking part in pre-coronation activities in El Salvador, stylish in looks such as a cut-out dress, a printed swimsuit, and beach pants.

She is competing for the crown with an advocacy for autism awareness, and is all set to bring her individuality. Recently, she gave a hint about her national costume.

The Miss Universe coronation night is set for November 18, where Miss Universe 2018 Catriona Gray will serve as a backstage correspondent. —JCB, GMA Integrated News
