BINI just met Mexican singer Thalia!

On TikTok, Thalia shared a video capturing her encounter with the Nation’s Girl Group during an event in Hollywood, California.

In the clip, she lip-synced to her iconic song “Marimar,” building up to its dramatic climax. Just as the song peaked, Jhoanna, Stacey, Colet, Maloi, Sheena, Mikha, Aiah, and Gwen made an appearance in the video.

“From Hollywood Mabuhay BINI! Should we do a remix of Mari Mar together? What do my Filipino fans think? Nandito  ako,” she wrote in the caption.

Thalia is known for singing the song “Marimar,” which was the official soundtrack of the hit Mexican telenovela “Marimar,” in which she also starred.

BINI is currently in Hollywood after receiving their Global Force Award at the Billboard Women in Music Awards 2026.

Before their Billboard appearance, BINI performed at the GRAMMY Museum and at Coachella, where they made history as the first all-Filipino girl group to perform at the festival. —Jade Veronique Yap/CDC, GMA News
