KC Concepcion flies to Cagayan to give 10,000 relief packs to Ulysses victims

KC Concepcion flew to Cagayan to give over 10,000 relief packs to victims affected by Typhoon Ulysses.

In a series of Instagram stories on Monday, KC was seen giving out donations at a relief mission.

Sharing that she and her team brought over three planes with cargo to bring relief goods to the people, KC thanked the local government units for helping in the distribution.

She said, "Masaya naman kami na at least nakita kami ng mga tao din at nakapagbigay kami ng ligaya kahit onti."

"Tuloy-tuloy lang po dapat ang ayuda," she added.

In an earlier post, the TV host announced that she will be selling ready-made jewelry from her own shop to raise money for relief efforts in Cagayan.

KC is just one of a handful of celebrities who quickly mobilized to help victims of the typhoon, among them Ai-Ai delas Alas, who readily lent a helping hand to Marikina residents and Jasmine Curtis-Smith, who went to San Mateo to deliver donations from organization Aktor. — Kaela Malig/LA, GMA News
