SM Supermalls implements measures to prevent COVID-19 spread
SM Supermalls announced on Tuesday that it has started implementing measures to prevent the spread of the coronavirus disease (COVID-19).
Before entering, mallgoers will go through temperature checks by security guards.
"Those with temperatures above 37.6 degrees celsius are not allowed within the premises and advised to seek medical help," said the mall giant in a public service advisory message shared by Super Radyo DzBB reporter Isa Avendano-Umali.

SM Supermalls also said it will be installing sanitary alcohol dispensers at all entrances.
It announced that it would be regularly disinfecting common areas with "heavy customer contact," and sanitizing restrooms every thirty minutes.
It added that all of the security guards and mall personnel are required to wear face masks.
On Tuesday, the Department of Health announced that there are 33 confirmed COVID-19 cases in the country. —Angelica Yang/LDF, GMA News
