Flag carrier Philippine Airlines (PAL) has suspended its Manila–Saipan flights until June 18, 2026 due to ongoing runway repairs at Saipan International Airport in the Northern Mariana Islands following Typhoon Sinlaku.

In a social media post on Tuesday, PAL said the following flights are suspended:

  • PR 2571 Manila to Saipan (every Wednesday and Sunday)
  • PR 2572 Saipan to Manila (every Monday and Thursday)

Affected passengers may rebook their flights, convert the value of their unused tickets into travel credits, request a refund, or reroute to Guam.

PAL also advised passengers to regularly check the status of their flights through its website or official social media pages.

“We will coordinate closely with airport authorities to determine when runway repairs will be completed and when it will be safe to resume commercial flights,” PAL said.
