Davao City Mayor Sara Duterte-Carpio flies to Singapore

Davao City Mayor Sara Duterte-Carpio has flown to Singapore, according to an Unang Balita report on Wednesday

Duterte-Carpio, daughter of President Rodrigo Duterte, arrived at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) Terminal 2 from Davao on board a Philippine Airlines flight around 9 a.m. on Tuesday.

A little past 2 p.m. she boarded a Singapore Airlines flight together with one of her children, a nanny and a member of the Presidential Security Group.

In a statement issued Wednesday, Mayor Duterte said she flew to Singapore for "personal health management." She said she is currently on leave. —KBK, GMA News
