Trillanes eyes Senate return under Robredo's slate

Former senator Antonio Trillanes IV will file his certificate of candidacy for his Senate return on Friday.

The former lawmaker confirmed this to GMA News Online on Thursday.

In a tweet, Trillanes said he will run under the slate of Vice President Leni Robredo, who formally announced her presidential bid on Thursday morning.

Trillanes said he will be Liberal Party’s guest senatorial candidate.
