Overseas Filipino worker Arlyn Nucos was among the victims of a vehicular accident in which a car rammed into a metal railing in Lucky Plaza on Sunday.
He added that the four injured were brought to state-run Tan Tock Seng Hospital.
In a separate interview on Tuesday, Candolada said one of the victims has been discharged from the hospital.
According to Candolada, all the victims were domestic helpers who had been working in Singapore for several years.
Meanwhile, Foreign Affairs Assistant Secretary Ed Meñez said assistance will be given to the victims. — BAP, GMA News
