Hail the 'Game of Thrones' LEGO minifigures!

Good news for "Game of Thrones" fans: for a little under P3,200, you can own the first batch of LEGO minifigures depicting characters in the hit series.

The not-so-good news, though, is that the figures are not quite official—and they're made in limited quantities for now.

"All of the Minifigures have been drawn by our house artist Myron and custom pad printed here in the USA by Citizen Brick. The custom design will never fade or scratch off, the design is pad printed just like LEGO," said Etsy.com merchant miniBIGS.

It said the figures in its Series 1 include The Imp, Underfoot, Warden of the North, The Bastard, and Mother of Dragons.

But miniBIGS said that while the figures are made from 100 percent genuine LEGO parts, they are not official LEGO products.

Etsy.com listed the price of the set at P3,196.35. It said the figures are handmade, and ship from Warren in Michicgan.

A separate article on Mashable puts it another way: the figures are "perfect for staging your own battle for the Iron Throne" but aren't official LEGO merchandise, so "[t]hink of them as bastard LEGOs—LEGO Snow, if you will." —VC/TJD, GMA News
