Skype fixes Mac app crash problems
Microsoft this week updated its Skype videoconferencing app for Apple Mac computers running OS X, to address crashes in the previous version.
Skype 7.2 also adjusted the color contrast in chat to make it easier to read, Microsoft said in a blog post.
"We’ve also fixed several top crash issues to make the app more stable," it said.
The blog cited issues where the app would crash when changing profile picture or during the welcome tour when playing a test sound and navigating to the next page.
Also, the previous app would crash when launching Skype with Ecamm Call Recorder 2.5.11 installed.
Skype 7.2 for Mac requires Mac OS X 10.9 or above. — Joel Locsin/TJD, GMA News
