Stylish iPad case doubles as WiFi hotspot and backup battery

Users of Apple iPad tablets may want to save up for this case, which may also function as a backup battery and Wi-Fi hotspot.
Dubbed FiiV, the case is not just a stylish accessory but is also a Wi-Fi hotspot, its creators said on crowdsourcing site Indiegogo.

The case has a slot for prepaid data SIM cards to serve as a hotspot, and can share the Wi-Fi network with a laptop or other compatible device.
Also, the smart case can provide extra juice for the iPad.
A separate article on Mashable said the smart case costs $99 for early backers, and could be "less expensive than buying an LTE-equipped iPad outright."
