If somehow you've ever felt the need for a separate, foldable, waterproof keyboard that you can use for your tablet or your smartphone—or both— Microsoft has you covered.

Earlier this week, the computer giant introduced its Universal Folding Keyboard.

A little over 295 millimeters (11.6 inches) long, 125 mm (5 inches) wide and only 5 mm (0.2 inch) thin, the keyboard folds down the middle widthwise to 147 mm (5.8 inches) long.

It uses Bluetooth to connect to smartphones or tablets, and can connect to two devices at a time, with users able to switch between devices at the press of a button.

According to the company, a single charge can power the battery for up to three months. It’s priced at $99.95 and goes on sale in July 2015. — Bea Montenegro/BM, GMA News
