#ForeverAlone? No problem with this ‘selfie arm’

No BFF to act as your selfie prop? No problem, this arm's got you covered.

An artist has created a selfie stick with an artificial arm and hand, to make it appear you're taking a selfie with a pal.

Justin Crowe said he and Aric Snee are offering 10 limited edition artist-signed "selfie arms."

But in a post on his website, Crowe indicated the selfie arm could cost, well, an arm and a leg - $6,200.

Design Boom said Snee and Crowe created the selfie arm as a "sarcastic solution to a quintessential problem — nobody wants to look alone while they mindlessly snap pictures of themselves."

"(T)he product conveniently provides you a welcoming arm. and better yet, it doesn’t talk or have emotions of any sort. You can even create fake accounts and use its finger to like all your images; its not you its the hand!" it said.

It said the arm is made of fiberglass and is lightweight and portable.

A separate report on PetaPixel said the arm can make selfies "look like photos of you taken by someone who loves you."
