This is what the iPhone would've looked like in 1984

What if Apple made its first smartphone at about the same time it released its first Macintosh in 1984?
Thailand-based Pierre Cerveau, a regional sales manager, posted on his website images of what could have been the iPhone's great-grandfather: the Macintosh Phone 512Kb.
"Ever wondered how Apple's flagship product would have looked if it had been released 20 years before the first iPhone? Probably not... I've decided to provide an answer anyways," he said.
Instead of a touchscreen where the user can view related information and input commands, the Macintosh Phone has an appropriately 1980s rotary dial and a tiny CRT screen.

And instead of a Lightning data port, it has a nine-pin port underneath.
Cerveau described the phone as "the perfect companion for your Macintosh Plus." The Macintosh Plus was released in the mid-1980s.

Yanko Design noted the rotary dial has a scrolling and a dialing mode.
Cult of Mac added the rear shell has the original Mac's back fan vents.
The Next Web added the phone resembles a classic iPod with a rotary dial and a beige Mac Classic-style chassis with monochrome display. — Joel Locsin/TJD, GMA News
