Apple firmware update fixes flash storage problem
Apple this week rolled out a firmware update to address a potential data corruption issue with the flash storage in its new Retina MacBook Pro laptop.
The update is for new MacBook Pros with Force Touch trackpads, Apple-centric site 9to5mac reported.
Covered by the update are mid-2015 MacBook Pro models, the report said.
Users of the affected machines can download the firmware update from the Mac App Store. — Joel Locsin/TJD, GMA News
