Cloudy skies, scattered rains to Isabela, Quirino, Aurora, and Quezon due to Tail-End of the cold front


The Tail-end of a Cold Front will be affecting northern Luzon on Wednesday, PAGASA reported in its early morning forecast.

Isabela, Quirino, Aurora, and Quezon will have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms brought about by the Tail End of a Cold Front that flash floods or landslides may occur during severe thunderstorms.

The Cordillera Administrative Region, Ilocos Region, and the rest of Cagayan Valley will have cloudy skies with light rains due to the northeast monsoon.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms  due to the easterlies/localized thunderstorms. The weather bureau warned that flash floods may occur during severe thunderstorms.

The forecast wind speed for the northern section of northern Luzon is strong moving  int eh northeast direction while coastal waters will be rough.

The forecast wind speed for the rest of northern Luzon is moderate to strong and moving northeastward while coastal waters will be moderate to rough.

For the rest of the country, the forecast wind speed is light to moderate and moving east to northeast while coastal waters will be slight to moderate. — BAP, GMA News
