Vehicle number coding scheme lifted on Dec. 26

The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority announced that the unified vehicular volume reduction program (UVVRP) or number coding scheme is lifted on Tuesday, Dec. 26, 2017.

The MMDA earlier said that the scheme is not lifted in Las Piñas City, but later on said it has been lifted there as well.
