Lea Salonga to serve as speaker at the 2026 ASEAN Inclusive Growth Summit

Lea Salonga is set to serve as a speaker at the 2026 ASEAN Inclusive Growth Summit happening on November 11 in Manila.

The Broadway Diva is among the featured speakers of the summit, which will bring together leaders from various sectors to discuss Southeast Asia's economic growth and development.

Lea will also be joined by Academy Award-winning actress Angelina Jolie, Kylie Verzosa, Rajo Laurel, and Department of Trade and Industry Secretary Cristina Roque, among others.

A theater icon, Lea has brought Filipino talent to the world stage, challenged boundaries, and inspired countless generations through her remarkable contributions to the performing arts.

Lea, known for her acclaimed performances on Broadway and as the singing voice of Disney’s Princess Jasmine and Mulan, became the 2,855th star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame and the first-ever Filipino to receive one. Lea received her star under the Live Performance category.
