Robin Padilla backs out of horror film with Maria Ozawa

Inanunsyo ng batikang action star na si Robin Padilla sa pamamagitan ng Instagram ang kaniyang pag-atras sa pagbibidahan sanang horror-action film kasama ang former Japanese adult video star na si Maria Ozawa.

Matatandaang kabilang sana ang pelikulang “Nilalang” sa opisyal na mga kalahok sa 2015 Metro Manila Film Festival, bukod pa sa pagiging kauna-unahang starring role ni Maria sa isang Pinoy film.

Ayon sa manager ni Robin na si Betchay Vidanes, napag-desisyunang umatras ng aktor sa pelikula upang maalagaan ang kaniyang asawang si Mariel Rodriguez, na kasalukuyang nagdadalang-tao sa ikalawang pagkakataon matapos makunan noong Marso.
 
“It is with great regret that we have to inform all that due to extenuating personal circumstances, Mr. Robin Padilla has had to make the decision to withdraw from the film. I would like to let you know that this decision making process has been very hard as Mr. Padilla's reputation shows that he has the highest regards for those he commits to work with, but his withdrawal is due to the fact of needing to attend to his wife Mariel, as she is experiencing a delicate pregnancy. ” ani Vidanes.
 
Pagpapatuloy pa niya, “The decision to withdraw from the film has been very difficult for Mr. Padilla and VCM team. This cancellation has been a collective resolution of Vidanes Celebrity Marketing and Mr. Padilla and Haunted Tower Productions are not at fault in any way. Due to this, Mr. Padilla feels that he needs to focus and prioritize the wellbeing of his family and has decided to forego his role as Tony in the movie Nilalang. The decision to withdraw from the film has been very difficult for Mr. Padilla and VCM team. This cancellation has been a collective resolution of Vidanes Celebrity Marketing and Mr. Padilla and Haunted Tower Productions are not at fault in any way. Sa hiwalay na Instagram post naman, nagpasalamat si Mariel sa naging desisyon ni Robin na unahin ang kapakanan niya at ng nagiging mga anak nila.
