Dingdong Dantes shows support for Kris Aquino amid Mocha Uson issue

Kapuso Primetime King Dingdong Dantes took to Instagram to show his support to the Queen of All Media Kris Aquino amid her exchange with Presidential Communications Operations Office (PCOO) Assistant Secretary Mocha Uson.

On Instagram, Dingdong shared a photo of himself with his wife Marian Rivera and their ninang Kris. In the caption he wrote, "We love you Ninang! @krisaquino (Photo from 2014 right before our wedding)."

Marian expressed her support by commenting in one of Kris' posts: "I'll pray for you, Ninang. #Hugs," she wrote.

Kris was one of the principal sponsors in the Kapuso royalties' wedding in 2014.

Kris cried foul on Tuesday after Mocha compared President Rodrigo Duterte's controversial kiss with an overseas Filipino worker in South Korea with the kisses of late Senator Ninoy Aquino received from two ladies on the plane before he was killed.

Special Assistant to the President Bong Go on Wednesday announced that the President have apologized and announced Mocha will do as well.

Hours after his press conference however, Mocha posted a statement on her blog without apologizing.

Kris went live on Facebook on the same day, saying how (1) she's still pressing Go for the apology and (2) she has been mulling over whether or not to run for office.

Soon after the controversial kiss, Senator Sherwin Gatchalian defended President Duterte, saying the kiss was done in a professional way, to which Dingdong also had much to say.
