Carla Abellana now sells her Rockwell condominium below market value

Carla Abellana is now selling her Rockwell condominium below market value.

On Instagram last February, Carla showed a quick video tour of her fully furnished condo followed by photos of her unit.

"My condo unit at The Grove by Rockwell is still available for sale/lease!" Carla wrote in the caption of her post.

Carla said, "it is now below market value!"

"And yes, everything you see inside the condo unit comes inclusive," she added. It’s fully (and excessively) furnished!"

She told buyers that if the design of her condo is "not your type, then go ahead and sell them to make money! It’s totally up to you."

"Of course parking (which alone costs more than 1M! ) is included in the asking price already," she added. "I mean, come on, what a bargain!"

In September 2020, Carla put up the condo for sale because she said she wanted to move forward onto a new journey, which is to buy a house with now husband, Tom Rodriguez.

Carla and Tom, who tied the knot in October last year, made headlines in January after eagle-eyed netizens noticed Tom had unfollowed his wife on the photo-sharing app.

It didn't help that he had a cryptic post that featured an audio excerpt from Japanese anime series “Cowboy Bebop” played in the background.

At the latter part of January, netizens noticed that the couple followed each other again on Instagram.

Last February, Tom left a comment on Carla's post that read, "I love you."

Later that month, Carla expressed her thoughts on following-unfollowing important persons in people's lives. —JAB, GMA News.
