Cassy Legaspi thanks Darren Espanto, Sanya Lopez and rest of 'First Lady' gals for flowers and sympathies
Cassy Legaspi, along with mom Carmina, twin brother Mavy, and dad Zoren, is mourning the passing of her "Daddy Groovy."
Thankfully, Cassy's friends got her back. On her Instagram Stories, the Kapuso actress has been thanking her friends for the flowers they've been sending during this most difficult time.
While the show "First Lady" had earlier sent flowers to the family, Cassy's gals from the hit show sent her another one, this time personally signed by Sanya Lopez, Thia Thomalla, Maxine Medina, Cai Cortez, and Kakay Bautista.
"May you rest in peace Daddy Groovy," read the personal note. It was signed by The DEARS followed by each of their name.
In her post, Cassy tagged her "First Lady" friends as she said, "My dears, thank you so much."
Meanwhile Darren Espanto didn't just send flowers, he also delivered the bouquet, signed by the whole Espanto family, at the wake of Cassy and Mavy's grandfather.
"Thank you to the Espanto family," Cassy first wrote, tagging the singer.
The next slide was a photo of Darren in a white jacket standing next to the flowers. "Thank you D," Cassy wrote. "And thank you to your family for dropping by."
Mavy also posted a black and white photo of the bouquet from the Espanto family but didn't say anything more.
Carmina Villaroel on Tuesday announced the passing of her father Reggie. Shortly thereafter, her twins each posted their sweet tributes to their lolo on Instagram.
It's a difficult time for sure, but it's nice to see the Villaroel family being taken care of by their friends. — LA, GMA News
