New Kapuso Chanty hopes to work with Marian Rivera in the future

Now that she is officially a Kapuso, Chanty of K-pop girl group Lapillus is hoping to work with none other than Marian Rivera.

In Aubrey Carampel's report on "24 Oras," Friday, Chanty said she has watched many Kapuso shows since she was a kid.

Of course, that means she has seen the Kapuso Primetime Queen doing what she does best.

"I'm a big fan din po of Miss Marian Rivera," Chanty said. "I've been watching her before po when I came here in the Philippines."

Chanty, who signed a management contract with Sparkle on Friday, said she felt so welcomed in GMA Network.

"Ang homey po ang feeling and I really, really love it po. It just makes me more excited to start working," she said.

Meanwhile, Chanty's Korean handlers said they are working hard to land her a K-drama project.

The Filipino-Argentinian beauty, whose real name is Chantal Videla, debuted with Lapillus this year.

Also composed of Shana, Yue, Seowon, Haeun, and Bessie, Lapillus released its debut single "Hit Ya!" in June.

The group is currently in the Philippines and performed in "Eat Bulaga."
