SB19's Stell opens up on the price of fame
Stell of SB19 has opened up on how fame affected his life and the lives of his fellow members.
On Tuesday's episode of "Fast Talk With Boy Abunda," Stell said the success of SB19 helped him, Pablo, Ken, Josh, and Stell earn a living and help provide for their loved ones.
However, this also caused them to lose some time with their family due to their busy schedule. Their popularity also limited their freedom to go out in public.
"Though hindi naman kami malabas talaga pero 'yung simpleng pag-mamall sana po na gusto naming gawin hindi na talaga namin magagawa," Stell said.
According to "The Voice Generations" coach, people recognize them sometimes and while they are OK with it, this comes with its own set of issues.
"Minsan po talaga kasi nadudumog and ayaw po namin mag-cause ng commotion sa isang lugar na maaabala 'yung mga tao so we choose to stay na lang sa bahay pag ganun," he said.
SB19 is one the biggest P-Pop groups to date. They recently released an EP titled "Pagtatag!" which includes their hit song "GENTO."
The group went on a world tour to support the EP and performed in several cities in the United States.
SB19 recently performed in JVKE's concert in Boston, graced the morning show "Good Day New York," shut down Hollywood Boulevard for a music video shoot, and performed in Times Square.
