David Licauco shares some lessons he learned from 'Rewind'

David Licacuo was among the thousands who watched the 2023 Metro Manila Film Festival entry “Rewind.”

On Monday, the Pambansang Ginoo took to X (formerly Twitter) to share some lessons he learned from the movie.

“We’re only human and we get so caught up with the worldly things that we forget we’re blessed enough to live and be alive,” he wrote.

He also reminded people to always “live with gratitude,” and “tell the people you love that you love them.”

Starring Kapuso Primetime King and Queen Dingdong Dantes and Marian Rivera, “Rewind” is a collaboration between Star Cinema, APT Entertainment, and Agosto Dos Media. The film is directed by Mae Cruz-Alviar.

The film follows a couple whose marriage is on the rocks. A tragedy happens, which causes the characters to live in a time loop.

"Rewind” marks DongYan's return to the big screen since "You to Me Are Everything," which was released in 2010.

David last starred in the GMA remake of "Maging Sino Ka Man," together with the other half of Team BarDa, Barbie Forteza. The series is currently streaming on Netflix.

The actor made waves after working on the historical portal fantasy series "Maria Clara at Ibarra" with Barbie.

David and Barbie also have an upcoming film titled "That Kind of Love."
