Maureen Wroblewitz reveals she moved to Los Angeles, California over a year ago

Maureen Wroblewitz shared on social media that it has been a little over a year since she has moved to Los Angeles, California.

On TikTok, the Miss Universe Philippines 2021 1st runner-up said that she did not officially announce she was leaving the Philippines.

"I never officially posted that I left the Philippines but when I posted the first video on TikTok, I was in the process of moving," she wrote in the caption.

She added that she had told a friend how excited she was to leave her "comfortable life" and start anew.

"It has definitely not been easy, but I do have a habit of getting out of my comfort zone to grow as a person," she said.

"The longer I am here [in LA], the more I love it!" she added.

In more than a year of living in the United States, Maureen said she has made some friends and even had the chance to reconnect with some of her relatives in Southern California.

"I really encourage [you all] to do something that scares you because it'll always be worth it in the end!" she ended.

In 2024, Maureen introduced her boyfriend, Noah Steinbuch, on social media. She was previously in a relationship with Juan Karlos.

In 2021, Maureen opened up about dealing with anxiety and depression. She later shared about her mental health struggles and "healing from past trauma."
