After living in the United States and returning to the Philippines, Rufa Mae Quinto bared her plans to remain in the country.

Rufa guested on Friday’s “Fast Talk with Boy Abunda” and shared life updates now that the case for her alleged violations of the securities regulation code has ended.

“‘Yun ang kagandahan kaya siguro mas relax na ako ngayon, may isang bagay na sure ako. Dito muna kami,” she said.

Rufa also revealed that she has an upcoming project with Alessandra de Rossi.

“Wino-work on na namin ito. In fact, bibili na kami ng camera, gagawa ng teaser, ta’s tinatapos 'yung ano. Ayon,” she said, adding that Alessandra serves as the writer.

Rufa will celebrate her birthday this month.

For her birthday wish, she said, “Kasi siyempre mag-e-eleksyon na, ‘di ba? Gusto ko sana kasing i-wish lahat na mag-enjoy tayo. Vote wisely, at the same time, vote happily.”

“Kasi nung bata po ako, tuwing eleksyon, ang saya-saya eh,” she said. “Sana mag-enjoy tayo. ‘Yun lang ang wish ko for all.”

In the same guesting, Rufa revealed that she and Trevor Magallanes are still married but they have both decided to move on.

Their daughter, Athena, is staying with Rufa.
